After taking the Courage to Be Safe® Train-the-Trainer course, the department has included in the 16 Life Safety Initiatives in the recruit curriculum. We’re not stopping there, we will be teaching the entire department the course with the hope of trying to change the environment and buy-in so that Everyone Goes Home®.
